Origin
Genesi (Triticum aestivum L) is an Italian originated soft wheat variety. It was registered in 2008 in Italy. Production license (Pre-registration) has taken in 2011 and registration trials have been proceeding.

Form of spike is without awn. Colour of spike is white and it doesn’t spill grains and blending capability is good.
Grain quality
Colour of grain is red. Grain structure is in “hard” bread wheat class. It has large-grains.
